Mr. Hegde has a degree in Pharmacy from Bangalore University. He also finished M.S in Pharmaceutical Technology from Vinayaka Mission University Salem, Master’s degree in Business Administration from Manipal University (SMU) and Executive General Management Course from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. As Operations and Quality head, Mr. Hedge successfully handled almost all major regulatory audits several times, like USFDA, EMA, MHRA, TGA, ENVISA, MCA and other audits. Starting 20 years ago as a Production Chemist, he rose from the ranks covering operations, manufacturing and quality control functions. During his tenure, he successfully handled pharma projects in oral solids, semi solids, and oral liquids, as well as process developments and technology transfer projects for international markets. He is best known as the administrator, trouble shooter and team player in the company.
With over 25 years’ experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry, Nath ensures that the market is supplied and products are filed as EVP of supply chain and projects. Prior to Bionpharma, he was Vice President - supply chain, purchasing and projects for Ranbaxy in North America. In Nath's time at Ranbaxy, he oversaw building of some key manufacturing facilities across various geographies, built efficient supply chain processes for the North American market and helped develop and commercialize products. Nath holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. India.
As Director of Operations, Mr. Dhanuka is instrumental in achieving various milestones in the organization. He was responsible for realigning the entire supply chain vertical from procurement to sales. He led in the expansion of production facilities and setting up of a state-of-the-art world class manufacturing facility at Keshwana, Rajasthan, as well as in the other manufacturing facilities of Dhanuka. He is a Chemical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Associated with Dhanuka Group Ltd. since 2005, he is continuing Dhanuka’s aspiration of “ Transforming India through Agriculture” by leading in the expansion and improvement of its operations.
Armed with 45 years of management experience in Jindal Aluminum, Mr.B.D. Garg rose to the position of Executive Director in 2011. He is a graduate of Kurukshetra University and joined Jindal Aluminum Ltd. in 1976. Playing various roles from project execution, plant management to exploration of new avenues, he has been instrumental in reaching the company’s goals and instituting development initiatives. Backed by his strong business acumen and dynamic leadership, the company grew steadily since inception. He serves as the Chairman of Jindal Naturecure Institute and supports charitable organizations such as the Manav Charitable Hospital, Jindal Public School and Jindal Degree College.
